PLANS FINALIZE FOR THREE MAJOR FUNDRAISING EVENTS
The Foundation's fundraising committee is busy putting the final touches on three of the organization's major fundraising events. These functions account for over $75,000 in net revenue for the Foundation each year.
The first event will be the 16th Annual Golf Classic in Phoenix Arizona on Saturday, October 1, 2005. We anticipate over 100 golfers teeing off on the Palmer course located at the Wildfire Golf Club, attached to the J. W. Marriott Resort and Spa. The Marriott will be the host hotel for the NAMIC Annual Convention beginning Sunday, October 2.
The second event will be on that Saturday evening. It is the annual IEI auction scheduled to be conducted at the J.W. Marriott. This event will be a fun-filled evening, serving as a welcome to Phoenix for the NAMIC delegates and their guests. The committee is creating a program of entertainment, food, and refreshments designed to serve as an exciting venue for relaxing, meeting new friends and participating in both a live and a silent auction.
The third major event will be the Golf Benefit scheduled for Sunday, October 23, 2005 in Chicago, Illinois. The fourth annual golf event will be at the Harborside International Golf Center. This event is scheduled to take place just prior to the kickoff of the PCI Annual Meeting at the Fairmont Hotel.
Registration and sponsorship opportunities for the two golf events are available online at http://www.IEI.org/support/supportdefault.asp.
